Entry Procedure: All teams must register using
Advanced Event Systems. This is a JVA Sanctioned event therefore all teams must fill out and turn in a
JVA Liability form. Hotel Info: Special rates and dedicate tournament room blocks have been secured at multiple hotels near the fields. You have the option of booking online or over the phone; it’s simple & convenient. You can book one room or a block of rooms.

hotels@gopremierevents.com Check-In: Coaches must check their teams in at their playing site at least one hour prior to their first match. Teams must verify their team roster and turn in a JVA Liability form for all participants.
Playing Schedule: The playing schedule will be posted on AES and sent out to club directors on the Tuesday prior to the tournament.
The tournament will be run in waves with either an 8:00 am start time or 3:00 pm start time. Division start times will be posted as soon as possible.
Team Rosters: Please make sure all team rosters are updated on AES no later than Wednesday, April 14. Any roster changes made after April 14 will not be reflected in the tournament info given to college coaches.
